Furry Tails: Searching For A Forever Home (1/18)
Are you looking to bring a pet into your home? Local animal shelters are a great place to find a furry companion. So, as part of Furry Tails, I'll be doing an ongoing feature on adoptable pets from local animal shelters once a week. If you have room in your heart and are looking to bring a lovable ball of fur into your home, maybe one of these guys is meant to be a part of your family!

Thinking a cute, little bunny will complete your family? Well, Animal Friends' BunRun events might be just the place to meet your perfect match!

Animal Friends says:
"Our BunRuns are a great opportunity to meet all the rabbits we have for adoption. Because the bunnies are free to roam, their personalities really get a chance to shine. Some are playful, rushing through the cardboard obstacles and some are a little more relaxed, content to sit and watch the others play.
"But what if you're just looking to get your "bunny fix?" Or maybe you have a question about what kind of hay to buy a rabbit or what kind of toys are best for your own bunny? That's fine, too! Volunteers are also on hand to answer any questions you may have about bunny care (or if you just want someone to brag to about your own bunny. We're happy to listen!) Children are welcome, but need adult supervision during the Bun Run. Please join us and meet one (or all) of these wonderful rabbits!"
Upcoming Bun Runs:
January 11, 18 and 26 - 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
All of our rabbit residents have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
