T Service Rerouted For 2 Disabled Cars

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – T service had to be rerouted for several hours Friday, after Port Authority officials say two cars became disabled.

The disabled cars are in Beecheview and Castle Shannon.

Officials had moved inbound service to travel on the Red Line from Washington Junction to South Hills Junction.

All outbound service had to travel on the Blue Line from South Hills Junction to Washington Junction.

However, around 1:30 p.m., officials said that all service had been restored.
