Furry Tails: Searching For A Forever Home (2/22)

Are you looking to bring a pet into your home? Local animal shelters are a great place to find a furry companion. So, as part of Furry Tails, I'll be doing an ongoing feature on adoptable pets from local animal shelters once a week. If you have room in your heart and are looking to bring a lovable ball of fur into your home, maybe one of these guys is meant to be a part of your family!

Animal Friends says:
"Spice up your life with a little Chili!

"She's a beautiful cat with a gorgeous, soft coat and big green eyes. Chili was already the mother of a kitten when she came to Animal Friends. Her baby has long since been adopted, now Chili is patiently waiting for her turn.

"Chili is friendly and affectionate. She loves to be petted and scratched on her head and chin. Once she gets to know you, she'll sit in your lap, climb up near your shoulder, and purr in your ear. Chili is very smart, and often outwits her puzzle-feeder toys. She also likes a rousing chase with a teaser mouse.

"Chili can get over-stimulated at times, and should be adopted by an experienced cat owner with no small children.

"If you could love a cat like Chili, talk with an adoption counselor to see if she's the right cat for you."

Chili has been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.

If you can help, come to Animal Friends at 562 Camp Horne Road, Pittsburgh, Pa., 15237 or call 412-847-7002. For more information on how you can adopt any of the pets at Animal Friends, visit their website here!
