WESTMORELAND COUNTY (KDKA) – Several tanker trucks were called to the scene of a house fire in Donegal.
Firefighters also had to battle cold temperatures, sometimes as low as -11 degrees.
It started a little after 2 a.m.
The two-story house was destroyed by the fire.
Neighbors say one man lives in the house. His Jeep was not anywhere to be found either, leading officials to believe he was not home at the time of the fire.
“His family has owned the house for 50 years or more,” said neighbor Sarah Harkcum.
State Police are on scene trying to find a cause of the fire.
