Nearly 3,500 people are expected to walk with hope of raising half-a-million dollars.
The money supports MS research and support for people with MS.
KDKA’s Ken Rice will emcee the opening ceremony and start of the walk.
The walk is expected to disrupt about 50 bus routes throughout the city.
Riders should expect delays between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
