Police: Woman Had 2-Year-Old In Car During Parkway Chase, Crash

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — More details are coming out about a police chase Saturday that ended in a violent crash on the Parkway West.

Police say a 2-year-old boy was in the car that was running from officers.

It all started when two women were suspected of stealing merchandise from a Target in North Fayette.

Keisha Young, 24, is accused of speeding away from the store and leading police on a chase down Interstate 376.

Police say she rammed several vehicles before crashing near the Interstate 79 interchange in Collier Township.

Her son was found unbuckled inside the car.

The second woman, 25-year-old Whitney Felder, stayed at the store.

Both are facing several charges.
