Showers, Possibly Strong Storms To Affect Area Wednesday

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - It's shaping up to be an active day, weather-wise.

According to KDKA-TV Meteorologist Dennis Bowman, we can expect periods of showers and thunderstorms.

There will be some storms in the afternoon and evening that can be strong to severe with gusty winds, hail, and flooding downpours.

"These individual storms will be impossible to time on arrivals and departures, but we will all be fair game for storm activity today," Bowman said.

Showers and storms will continue sporadically through the evening and overnight.

Today's high will be 75 degrees with an overnight low near 62 degrees.
