Unidentified Woman Spends Almost $3,000 Using Stolen Credit Cards

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Greensburg Police are searching for a woman who has put nearly $3,000 worth of charges on stolen credit cards.

The unidentified woman, stole credit cards from a purse at Westmoreland Hospital and used them at a number of stores from Westmoreland to Monroeville, including Target, Best Buy, HomeGoods and Rite Aid.

Her first purchase took place June 1 at 10 a.m., and by 1:30 p.m., she had spent nearly $3,000.

A surveillance picture from Target is the only image the police currently have to help identify her.

Police are also currently investigating the possibility that a second suspect has made purchases using the cards as well.
