Fire Damages Howard Hanna Offices In Sewickley

SEWICKLEY (KDKA) — A five-alarm fire caused significant damage to an office building in Sewickley this afternoon.

According to emergency officials, the building on the 400-block of Broad Street houses the Howard Hanna Real Estate offices.

The blaze started around 3:30 p.m.

Sewickley residents say it was like a scene from the movie “Back to the Future.”

They say lightning hit a clock tower and then sparked a fire across the street.

Fire officials say one firefighter suffered a minor hand injury while battling the flames.

It’s unclear the extent of the damage.
