Greensburg Faces New Allegations Of Videotaping Naked Women

WESTMORELAND COUNTY (KDKA) – A man accused of and charged with videotaping women undressing in their homes is now facing bigger problems and more charges.

Suspect 57-year-old John Robert Miller's alleged voyeurism initially had the Greensburg man arrested in January of this year. Bill Koutsky saw Miller looking in a neighbor's window and grabbed Miller.

"I just said, 'what are you doing?' and he jumped down and started to run," said Koutsky. "He admitted that he was looking in the window."

Since then, more alleged victims have been identified from Miller's cell phone camera.

"There were eight other incidents dating back to August 2013, doing the same type of conduct," said State Police Tpr. Steve Limani.

The victims are women, mostly residents of the Lawson Heights area of Latrobe. However, a couple living near Miller's Tremont Avenue apartment were also allegedly filmed in an intimate moment.

"During the course of our investigation he did cooperate to a certain extent," Limani said.

In court documents, Miller told investigators he "had a problem in which he couldn't stop video taping women."

Miller, an apartment maintenance man, spent nine years in prison for the same type of crimes. The newest charges include invasion of privacy counts and related offenses.
