3, 2, 1 BBQ Glaze & Dry Rub Recipe

3, 2, 1 BBQ Glaze
- 3 cups brown sugar loosely packed or 1.5 cups of molasses
- 2 bottles chipotle ketchup
- 1 cup bourbon
- 1 bottle Texas Pete Hot Sauce chipotle
- 1 cup cider vinegar or red wine
- 4 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- Salt, pepper to taste
Bring to a boil, turn off and cool in the fridge. Use to finish ribs, chicken, wings, steaks, etc. Keeps for a couple of weeks if properly stored.
3, 2, 1 Dry Rub
- 1cup kosher salt
- ¼ cup smoked paprika
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup onion powder
- ¼ cup garlic powder
- ¼ cup paprika
- ¼ cup chili powder
- ¼ cup cayenne pepper
