3, 2, 1 BBQ Glaze & Dry Rub Recipe

If you’re looking for some ways to kick up your next BBQ meal, be sure to try out these two recipes!

3, 2, 1 BBQ Glaze

  • 3 cups brown sugar loosely packed or 1.5 cups of molasses
  • 2 bottles chipotle ketchup
  • 1 cup bourbon
  • 1 bottle Texas Pete Hot Sauce chipotle
  • 1 cup cider vinegar or red wine
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Bring to a boil, turn off and cool in the fridge. Use to finish ribs, chicken, wings, steaks, etc. Keeps for a couple of weeks if properly stored.

3, 2, 1 Dry Rub

  • 1cup kosher salt
  • ¼ cup smoked paprika
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup onion powder
  • ¼ cup garlic powder
  • ¼ cup paprika
  • ¼ cup chili powder
  • ¼ cup cayenne pepper
