Sharon Shooting Leaves 1 Person Injured

SHARON (KDKA)- Police are investigating a shooting inside a a home in Sharon that left one man injured.

Sharon Police say the shooting happened around 9:15 p.m. inside a home on South State Line Road.

Officers found 26-year-old Stephen Hougelman with a gunshot wound to his chest.

He was rushed to Sharon Regional Health System, but was later transferred to St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Youngstown.

Two woman and two children were inside the home at the time of the shooting. They were not injured.

The Sharon Police Department is still looking for the shooter.
