Reports: iPhone 6 May Bend In Your Pocket

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Apple sold a record 10-million units of the iPhone 6 the first weekend the smartphone was offered.

New reports are claiming that the new iPhones are actually bending in user's pockets.

Various reports including one from MacRumors show that the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus phones can be bent if put in a front pocket.

Users are claiming that the anodized aluminum body appears to be bent out of shape after it's been in their pockets for an extended time.

Photos of the bent iPhones started showing up this week on Twitter.

MacRumors reports that people may want to consider not putting the new phones in their front pockets, or avoid sitting and bending with the phone in your pocket.

Others are suggesting that getting a case will help protect it.

So far there's been no word from Apple about the problem.
