STEELERS LATE NIGHT "Late Night Tailgating Recipes": Shrimp Po' Boy
Shrimp Po' Boy
Ingredients:
- 4 split rolls
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 2 Tablespoons Creole seasoning
- 2#shrimp peeled and de-veined
Remoulade sauce
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 Tablespoon Horseradish
- 1 Tsp garlic
- 1 Tsp relish
- 2 Tsp lime juice
Fennel salad
- 1 bulb fennel shredded
- 3 oranges segmented
- 4 oz cider vinaigrette
- 1 bu dill salt and pepper tt
Method:
- Season shrimp and sear in butter
- Toast roll and top cooked shrimp and top with remoulade sauce
- Next shred fennel and coat with vinaigrette add orange segments and finish with salt pepper and herbs
