Early-Season Chill Continues Into Weekend

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – The early-season chill will continue through the weekend.

If you plan on traveling north toward Erie this weekend, there lake effect snow warnings and advisories for the area.

Some areas in and around Erie got as much as 1 foot of snow Thursday.

That lake effect snow will head down our direction in the form of some flurries Friday.

Temperatures Friday and Saturday will remain between the mid-20s and mid-30s.

"High pressure bringing partly cloudy skies tonight and a fair amount of sun for Saturday," said KDKA Meteorologist Dennis Bowman.

By Sunday, however, we'll see some snow overnight into Monday.
