Ramon Foster On Blount's Actions: He's A Good Teammate, But 'We Can't Have That'

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) – Pittsburgh Steelers guard Ramon Foster joined "The Fan Morning Show" in his regular weekly spot Tuesday, following his team's Monday night win over the Titans.

Foster commented on the reports by 93-7 The Fan's Steelers insider Ed Bouchette (whose article can be read by clicking here) and sports director Jeff Hathhorn that LeGarrette Blount walked off the field before the game was over.

Foster wasn't afraid to criticize Blount for his actions.

"You've got to be all-in for the team," Foster said.

Still, Foster sees some good in Blount.

"I can't say he's a bad guy," Foster said. "He's a good guy. Any time you ask him to do something, he'll do it. We'll just have to hear him out and see what coach says, also. I'm sure he'll address it in a major way."

However, Foster said Blount being a good guy doesn't excuse his actions.

"He is a good teammate if you get to know the guy," Foster said. "But, whatever happened last night, we can't have that type of thing. For whatever reason, you can't bring negativity to the team."

Foster doesn't see any overwhelmingly visible signs of tension between Blount and backfield counterpart Le'Veon Bell.

"Anytime I see those two, they're always having fun and joking around," Foster said. "They're the loudest in the locker room on most days. They always have small arguments with us about Michigan State or Oregon and stuff, so I don't see the drag down thing."

Foster isn't sure what will happen next.

"Nobody had a clue until the coach said anything after the game," Foster said. "So, we'll just wait and see right now. We've got team meetings today. It's going to be interesting, to say the least."

Foster joins "The Fan Morning Show" Tuesdays at 8 a.m.
