"I was going to go inside and get coffee and sit a little bit," Juan Aleman said.

After getting his start on the day, Aleman made the decision to stop for some coffee at Dunkin' Donuts. It was a decision he would later come to regret after he war rear-ended.

Aleman's car came to rest against the entrance of the donut shop, but didn't break any glass.

"I was coming in to get a coffee when somebody, she wasn't paying attention, just slammed me in the back and I went through the door," Juan Aleman said.

The force of the crash sent his rental car crashing into the front of the store.

The drivers of both vehicles suffered minor injuries, but did not need to be taken to the hospital.

"I hear sirens, I look out and I say, 'Again? Somebody got hit in front of Dunkin Donuts again?'" Lynn Frisby said. "They need to do something about this, someone is going to get killed."

People who live near the scene say that intersection is notorious for crashes. At least this time no one was seriously injured.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
