Annual Free Care Fund Benefit Show Raises More Than $2M
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A big thank you goes out to everyone who donated to the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh's Free Care Fund.
Our annual benefit show was held Thursday evening.
For the second year in a row, donations topped $2 million.
This was the 61st year for the telethon, which raises money to ensure that no family is denied care for their child regardless of their ability to pay.
The grand total: $2,112,112.
