Police: 3 Arrested For Making Baby Smoke Marijuana

DELANCEY, Pa. (KDKA) – Police say three Jefferson County residents were arrested, accused of endangering the welfare of a child by encouraging a one-year-old to smoke marijuana.

Pennsylvania State Police based in Punxsutawney say the incident happened on Tuesday in Young Township.

Police arrested 40-year-old Thomas Fenstermaker, 22-year-old Kimberly Fenstermaker, and 36-year-old Leanne Clark all of Delancey.

Officers say the trio engaged in drug-related activity in front of three victims, a 15-year-old, a six-month old, and a one-year-old.

Police say on at least one occasion the group forced the one-year-old victim to smoke marijuana through a glass pipe.

All three are facing charges of endangering the welfare of children, and corruption of minors.

Police say their investigation is ongoing.
