Quality Assurance Coordinator
Minimum Requirements: An Associate's degree in Business or a related field. A working knowledge of document management systems, report writing, and a minimum of one (1) year of prior coordination experience are preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Deputy Recorder, the Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining quality assurance and control by ensuring the efficient completion of various phases of operations within the Division of Real Estate.

Duties:
• Implements quality assurance of all operational aspects of the work processes of the Division of Real Estate.
• Ensures the efficient completed work product of every divisional sub-section.
• Maintains reports and all corresponding status checks.
• Makes recommendations of appropriate changes or actions to management as apparent.
• Reviews processes and documents to ensure compliance.
• Works closely with management and provides coordination support by conducting internal audits and writing summary reports.
• Performs reconciliations, research, and troubleshooting.
• Participates in special projects as assigned.

This person would be the "one stop shop" for all our guests' and customers' telephone needs and to take ownership of ensuring that all of our guests' requests are fully satisfied in a timely manner. Responsible for efficiently handling guest luggage while serving as an informational source to the guests. Duties include escorting guests to and from their room, communicating available guest services, checking guest packages, controlling traffic flow in the Lobby, providing information about the hotel and city. Requires standing, walking, lifting up to 70 lbs. continually throughout shift. Must have excellent guest service and communication skills.

This person will act as a Housekeeping floor inspector and am and pm office coordinator. Responsible for cleanliness of guestrooms, guest corridors and supervising room/house attendants to ensure performance meets Omni standards. Responsible for reporting maintenance orders to engineering and performing special assignments as requested. This person must have the ability to clean rooms as necessary.
