Former Steelers Charlie Batch, Chris Hoke Join KDKA-TV Broadcasts

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Charlie Batch and nose tackle Chris Hoke will be joining KDKA-TV for 2015 Steelers pre-season games.

Batch will be the color analyst and co-host the pre- and post-game shows for the Steelers' 2015 preseason broadcasts.

The 2015 preseason will mark Batch's first year as the network's preseason color analyst, replacing former Steelers defensive lineman Edmund Nelson who has decided to retire from his duties at KDKA-TV.

Batch joins KDKA Sports Director Bob Pompeani in the TV booth.

The Steelers say Batch will also co-host the team's regular-season pre-game show with Pompeani, in addition to his duties as the Steelers Radio Network post-game show co-host.

Hoke will co-host the team's regular-season post-game show on KDKA-TV.

Batch spent 11-years with the Steelers as quarterback.

Hoke also spent 11-years with the Steelers.

The Steelers will play four of their five pre-season games on KDKA-TV.
