SWAT Called To Home In Garfield

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A SWAT situation ended peacefully Thursday afternoon.

Police were in a standoff with a 62-year-old man who they say was threatening to take his own life in Garfield.

Police had said the was barricaded inside a home in the 4000-block of Sullivan Street.

The man was taken into custody and then taken to a local hospital.

No injuries were reported.
