Man Gets 19 Years For Recording Girl, 4, While He Was Naked
PITTSBURGH (AP) - A western Pennsylvania man prosecutors say made a pornographic video of a 4-year-old girl while he was naked has been sentenced to 19 years in prison.
A judge said Thursday that after his release 56-year-old Thomas Deglau will be under court supervision for the rest of his life.
Deglau was charged him with making three video tapes of the 4-year-old plus three others featuring her and another minor child.
He pleaded guilty in April.
Deglau was arrested in January 2014 after his wife told authorities she woke up from a nap to find him recording the 4-year-old in the basement of their Latrobe home.
