Overbrook Neighbor Dispute Lands 2 Women In Jail

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Two women are in jail after an ongoing neighborly dispute turned physical.

Now, at least one side hopes this will force the others to move.

They live just about 10 feet apart from one another, but the two neighbors in Overbrook have quite a lengthy history with one another with police even being called.

Last night, an incident involving a brick being thrown through one of the neighbor's windows landed two women in jail.

Tammy Pullen says her face and head are bruised today after the latest ordeal with next door neighbors Alicia Pulido and Amanda Schoedel.

It started when the women allegedly threw a brick through the window. Pullen's husband, Kenny Lucas, says he heard the women laughing and yelling.

"We got them this time, we got this time...we got this battle," Lucas said.

Pullen called police when she saw the women go into their home. The criminal complaint details Pullen's account of the women leaving minutes later.

The complaint says things got violent when Schoedel turned around and reportedly rushed Pullen.

Pullen told police Schoedel wrestled a cell phone from her and punched her in the head multiple times. Two people driving by confirmed this to police.

Both Pullen and Schoedel used mace against each other before police arrived. Pulido and Schoedel were both arrested and charged with assault and robbery.

Today, they remained in jail.

However, Schoedel spoke with KDKA-TV a month ago after her cousin was arrested for allegedly exposing herself to her 8-year-old neighbor.

"I was shocked because she didn't do anything," Schoedel said.

Officers detail numerous disputes where a no contact order issued by Lucas was violated and where he says the women reportedly harassed his family.

Lucas said he's hoping that a violation of a nuisance ordinance will finally get his neighbors evicted.
