Former Steelers Punter Opens Sports Memorabilia Store That Gives Back

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Steeler greats from decades past turned out for the opening of a sports memorabilia store in the Mall at Robinson.

Total Sports Enterprises is a collaboration of former Steeler punter Josh Miller and respected memorabilia salesman Pete Ausiello.

As in Miller's book, "Always a Home Game," they count on the fact that Pittsburgh fans are everywhere.

"You'll find some things here that you won't find anywhere else," Miller says. "Roberto Clemente. This is a nice piece." Turning to photos of former teammates, he adds, "It shows you how old I'm getting. I'm looking around at the walls, and I'm realizing I played with a lot of these guys. Right here, with The Bus, just obviously coming back from the Hall of Fame."

Total Sports Enterprises will return at least 10 percent of its earnings to local charities.

"We prefer you come in, introduce yourself, tell us about you, tell us about your charity, and every couple months we switch them out," Josh Miller adds.

Super Bowl Steelers Jack Ham and Rocky Bleier have their own signed mementoes on the wall, for fans that will never forget them.

"They think I never missed a tackle and Bradshaw never threw an interception," Jack Ham laughs. "So as the years go on, I think our careers get embellished."

Rocky Bleier finds the store one more way of giving back,

"That local charity will change every month. So there's an opportunity for people that are involved in this community to be able to be a part of the success of this store."
