Police: Suspect ID'd By Fingertips In Porn Photos

PITTSBURGH (AP) - A Pennsylvania man whose fingertips were captured in the explicit pictures he took of a 3-year-old girl and her older sister has pleaded guilty to child pornography charges.

Twenty-five-year-old Tyler Seevers, of Aliquippa, pleaded guilty Wednesday. He now faces 15 to 30 years in prison when he's sentenced Dec. 2 by a federal judge in Pittsburgh.

Prosecutors say Seevers took the pictures using an iPod Touch last summer. The mother of the girls discovered the pictures on the device and contacted authorities.

A Pennsylvania State Police fingerprint expert examined the fingertips visible on the edges of the photos because the person who took the pictures had them in front of the lens. The expert identified them as Seevers' fingers.

Seevers' public defender declined comment.
