State Police: Drunk Man Cited For Punching Passing Cars

MORRISDALE, Pa. (AP) - A central Pennsylvania man has been cited for disorderly conduct because police say he endangered himself by punching passing cars after he became drunk and angry.

A woman who answered the residential phone of Douglas Dale Twoey Jr. on Tuesday says he won't be commenting on the charge filed Saturday night by state troopers from Clearfield.

Police say the 28-year-old Osceola Mills man ran onto Morrisdale-Allport Highway in Morris Township and "attempted to strike several vehicles with his fist."

In doing so, Twoey was nearly struck by several of those vehicles.
