Furry Tails: National Dog Appreciation Day

Have you said "I love you" to your dog today?

If you haven't, what are you waiting for? It's "National Dog Day," and time to show your appreciation to your best furry friend.

To celebrate, Milo's Kitchen is ranking America's most "Dog Happy" states.

Pennsylvania comes in at No. 11.

Milo's Kitchen came up with the ranking by surveying 3,000 dog parents nationally. They asked about how regularly they engaged in "thankful," "grateful," and "loving" behaviors for their dogs.

The survey also looks about how dogs provide emotional support for their owners. According to Milo's Kitchen, 86 percent of dog parents say their dog comforts them immeasurably.
