Security Guard Injured In East Hills Shooting

EAST HILLS (KDKA) – Police are investigating after a security guard was injured in an East Hills shooting early Saturday morning.

According to police, the shooting happened outside of Simmie's Restaurant & Lounge in the 8500-block of Frankstown Avenue around 3 a.m.

When police arrived, they discovered a male security guard had been shot. He was transported to a local hospital and was last listed in stable condition.

No arrests have been made, but a dark sedan was seen leaving the scene.
