West End Fire Leaves 14 Homeless
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – More than a dozen people are without a place to stay after a fire scorched three houses in the West End Saturday.
It started at a home on Crucible Street in Crafton Heights.
Authorities say the fire then spread to houses on either side of it.
All three homes were occupied at the time, too.
In all, 14 people were displaced by the blaze.
The Red Cross is assisting the families.
No word on the cause.
