Lawrence Co. Man Accused Of Having Sex With Girl, 15
SCOTT TOWNSHIP (KDKA) - A Lawrence County man faces a long list of charges for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl.
Donald Bell, 44, of Scott Township, is accused of having a sexual relationship with the girl since September of last year.
He has been charged with 16 counts of statutory sexual assault, two counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, 16 counts of corruption of a minor, two counts of aggravated indecent assault and two counts of indecent assault.
Pennsylvania State Police began investigating after inappropriate text messages were discovered between Bell and the girl.
Bell was arrested Wednesday and was arraigned before Magistrate Jerry Cartwright.
He is being held in the Lawrence County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 6.
