Police Investigating Slashed Tires & Broken Windows In Bloomfield
BLOOMFIELD (KDKA)- People woke up to a lot of damage in part of Bloomfield Sunday morning.
Someone slashed the tires on at least five cars in the area of Lorigan Street and Juniper Street. Along with tires slashed, windows and windshields were also busted on the vehicles.
Neighbors say it happened sometime between late Saturday night and early Sunday morning.
"I don't know if it's someone coming out of this club, had a lot to drink, I don't know who could have done such a terrible thing," said Evelyn Pitassi.
Pitassi's boyfriend's Jeep had its tires slashed.
"It's a shame, it's a shame what people do and they steal stuff down here too," said Pitassi.
Pitassi said her and her boyfriend filed a police report.
They plan on getting a surveillance camera system to catch whoever is doing this in the act the next time.
