This week on "Steelers Late Night," we're cooking up Barbecue Beef Brisket Lettuce Wraps with Coleslaw!
STEELERS LATE NIGHT "Late Night Tailgating Recipes": Barbecue Beef Brisket Lettuce Wraps with Coleslaw
Ingredients:
- 1 beef brisket trimmed
- 1 head romaine
- 1 cup prepared slaw in cider vinaigrette
- 1 cucumber sliced on bias
- 1 cup spice blend
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
Directions:
- Season brisket with spice rub heavily. Bake at 325 degrees for 4 and a half hours.
- Take out of the oven and let rest 20 minutes before carving
- Slice lettuce from bottom removing the core and place leaves out for stuffing
- Slice brisket long ways and top with slaw cucumber and balsamic jam
