Clairton Police Investigating State Street Shooting
CLAIRTON (KDKA) -- Clairton Police are investigating a shooting that took place on State Street early Sunday morning.

Police say they were called to the 500-block of State Street around 2:40 a.m. A 24-year-old black woman was found at the scene with a gunshot wound to the shoulder, and she was transported to a local hospital. The police did not comment on the victim's condition.

Police also say they found ballistic evidence in a nearby wooded area.
