Police Hope Surveillance Video Helps To Catch Oakland Tagger

OAKLAND (KDKA)- Pittsburgh Police hope surveillance video will help catch a man who spray-painted graffiti on a home in Oakland.

The man wrote a tag on the front door of a home in the 400 block of McKee Place. The home was equipped with a camera that captured the suspect's image.

He's a scruffy white man, possibly in his early 30's. Police say he wrote the word "Sodium" on the front door of the home.

Investigators hope the surveillance video will lead to the identify of the tagger.

Anyone with information is asked to call detectives at (412)-495-6052 or (412)-495-6025.

The graffiti has been painted over, but there is still some clean-up needed at the home.
