Neighbors Say Man Killed After Answering Knock At Door
MCKEESPORT (KDKA/AP) - Police say they're treating a McKeesport man's death as a homicide after neighbors say the man was shot after opening his door to a gunman who was apparently trying to rob the victim.
Thirty-eight-year-old Aemond Knight was shot about 8:20 p.m. Sunday in McKeesport.
It happened at a house at the corner of Whigham Street and Locust Street
Neighbors saw a red sedan driving away and say Knight was reportedly shot after a man knocked on the door and demanded, "Give me everything you got."

Allegheny County police haven't commented on that aspect of the crime.
Knight had a history of gun, drug and driving under the influence convictions dating to 1995.
