Get Creative:

Overnight Oats are a blank canvas for you to create a masterpiece that fits your flavor preferences. You can mix in fresh, dried*, or frozen (no sugar added) fruit for natural sweetness, as well as nut butters, nuts, or seeds for added protein and texture**. The possibilities are endless, but see below for a few go-to combinations:
Peanut Butter + Banana + Mini Dark Chocolate Chips
Diced Apples + Cinnamon + Maple Syrup
Blueberries + Almond Butter + Shredded Coconut
Raisins + Cinnamon + Walnuts

*Dried fruit will rehydrate when it is added the night before. If you do not want this to happen, add it in the morning before eating.
**If you want nuts to remain crunchy, add them in the morning before eating, rather than at night.

Note:
Non-diary alternatives can be used to make this recipe appropriate for those with a milk allergy or lactose intolerance. Certified gluten-free oats can be used for those following a gluten-free lifestyle.
