Deadly Shooting in Penn Hills Under Investigation

PENN HILLS (KDKA) - Police are searching for the person responsible for a deadly shooting in Penn Hills.

The shooting happened around 10:15 p.m. on Tuesday in the 8900 block of Upland Terrace.

Police say they found a man with gunshot wounds on the scene. He was pronounced dead.

The victim has been identified as Raymond O'Neal, 17, of Penn Hills.

There were reports that police were looking for another possible shooting victim in the area. So far, another victim hasn't been located.

Penn Hills Police and Allegheny County Police are investigating the deadly shooting.
