Police: Women Rammed Car, Punched Windshield & Driver's Window

SOUTH UNION TOWNSHIP (KDKA) - Two Fayette County women are facing charges for allegedly ramming a car and punching the windshield and driver's side window.

The incident took place along Work Parkway in South Union Township last Wednesday.

Shannon Silbaugh, 36, and Leah Saluga, 35, were driving along Work Parkway around 1:50 p.m. Police say the car driven by Silbaugh rammed a car driven by 36-year-old Teann Ebner two times.

At that point, troopers say Silbaugh and Saluga got out of the car and started punching the windshield and driver's side window of the victim's car.

Silbaugh was charged with simple assault, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Saluga was charged with criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and harassment.

It doesn't appear that the victim in this case was hurt.
