Parks Dept. Seeking Lifeguards For Upcoming Swimming Season

The Allegheny County Parks Department is hiring lifeguards for the upcoming swimming season.

The positions come with an added incentive this year, too.

All lifeguards with perfect attendance will be eligible for a $1,000 college scholarship, cash rewards and free passes to skiing, ice skating and golfing in the county parks.

Aquatics exams will be held later this month and in May.
