Date Announced For Game Between Penguins & Flyers At Heinz Field

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - The date for the first of two outdoor matchups between the Pittsburgh Penguins and Philadelphia Flyers has been announced.

As part of the NHL's Stadium Series, the Penguins and Flyers will meet at Heinz Field on Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017.

The Penguins will eventually play an outdoor game in Philadelphia after next year.

This will be the fourth time the Penguins have played outdoors and the second time at Heinz Field.
