Student Cut By Glass After Rock Thrown At Bus Window

TURTLE CREEK (KDKA) -- A student was cut by glass Thursday while riding on a Woodland Hills School District bus.

Police say it happened in the area of Penn Avenue Ext. and Tri-Boro Expressway.

Someone apparently threw a rock at the window of the bus, and it shattered.

Police say every time the weather gets warm, kids stand up on the hillside and throw rocks at passing cars.

It is not clear how badly the child was cut by the glass.
