The medical examiner's office said the cause of Fisher's death was asphyxiation, due to manual strangulation.
How it happened, and who is responsible remains a mystery.
Sources tell KDKA this was not a case of a burglary or robbery. Rather, the victim apparently was acquainted the young couple who lived in the house he was visiting them, and there was some sort of a disturbance.
The couple had only recently moved into the neighborhood, from out of state, according to several neighbors who declined on-camera interviews.
They did say they did not hear commotion, or anything out of the ordinary Sunday evening.
Hampton township police and paramedics were called to the home just after 8 o'clock last night, that's when neighbors first became aware of a problem.
