Grilled Sausage with Beer Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

• 4 # sweet sausage split in half
• 3 green peppers sliced 3 onions sliced
• 1 stick salted butter cubed
• 3 cups craft beer
• 3 Tablespoons flour
• 2 pizza shells
• ¼ cup shaved parm ¼ cup cheddar cheese ¼ cup parmesan cheese

Directions

Place peppers and onions in roasting pan.

Add sausage to the top season with salt and pepper add butter and pour in beer.

Next roast inoven at 375 for 25 minutes.

Next place sausage aside and bake pizza shells until golden brown.

Pour peppers and onions into put bring to a boil and add flour.

Whisk in and fold in cheese.

Combine by placing sausage unto pixaa and covering with beer cheese sauce and peppers and onions.
