Davis allegedly assaulted three different children between the ages of two and six, on several occasions between Sept. 2014 and April of this year. A criminal complaint states that Davis "routinely acted as caregiver and supervised these children."

He reportedly admitted during an interview with officers to exposing himself and touching several children in the basement of his home. That house is now up for sale.

Police were made aware of the situation when the parent of a 4-year-old alerted them.
