Missing Mercer Township Father & Son Found Safe
MERCER TWP. (KDKA) -- State Police say they have found a missing man and child in Mercer Township.
State police in Butler County say 30-year-old Ronald Brain left his home on West Mercer Street Extension around 9:30 Tuesday night with his 10-year-old son, Grant Brain.
Grant was considered to be endangered. Ronald Brain's wife told police that he had a history of drug use and had recently been behaving erratically.
They were headed to UPMC Presbyterian, but never arrived.
Officers were concerned for the child's safety, but late Wednesday night, police said the pair had been found safe in the Slippery Rock area.
State Police say "no foul play is suspected."
