Millvale Man To Stand Trial, Accused Of Repeatedly Raping Teenage Girl

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A man from Millvale will stand trial, accused of raping a 13-year-old girl repeatedly over a five-month period.

Rocky Antill, 33, was in court Thursday for a preliminary hearing where the allegedly victim took the stand.

She sobbed uncontrollably as she sat in the witness chair. Antill sobbed, too, as he listened to the testimony.

The victim testified that Antill allegedly began sexually assaulting her when she was 12.

She told the court it began with Antill visiting her in bed and inappropriate contact. Eventually, she testified that he allegedly raped her.

The alleged incidents happened numerous times between January and May of this year.

The victim also said on the witness stand, "He told me if I told anyone, I'd get in trouble."

Antill covered his face as he left the court and did not want to comment.

He was held for trial on a long list of charges, including rape, indecent assault, endangering the welfare of children and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse.

Antill, who is being represented by a public defender, is being held in the Allegheny County Jail on $75,000 straight bond.

A trial date has not yet been scheduled.
