Recall Issued After Hundreds Of Home Depot Patio Chairs Break

ATLANTA (CBS) – About 265,000 patio chairs sold at Home Depot are being recalled because they can break and injure people.

The Hampton Bay Fall River swivel dining and lounge chairs were available at Home Depot stores and online from Oct. 2012 to Jan. 2015.

They were sold in pairs or as part of patio sets, and have green or red cushions.

So far, there have been 410 reports of the chairs breaking. At least 16 people have been injured as a result.
