According to a criminal complaint, the incident occurred on the night of Aug. 11, on McMinn Street.

A man and woman told police they were laying in bed when they heard the door to the bedroom open. Two black males appeared, pointed guns and asked, "Where is the money, where is the weed at?"

The two men then allegedly raped and sexually assaulted the woman. While one of the men continued the sexual assault, the other man ransacked the bedroom, going through drawers.
