83-Year-Old Georgia Woman Dies After Being Beaten, Set On Fire

ATLANTA (AP) – A coroner says an 83-year-old Georgia woman who was badly burned and critically injured during an attempted robbery has died.

Meriwether County Deputy Coroner Leonard Wigley Jr. tells local news media that Dorothy Dow died Saturday at Grady Memorial Hospital. Authorities say Dow was doused with flammable liquid and set on fire Aug. 4 when five people demanded money from her after she told them she didn’t have any.

Sheriff Chuck Smith said nothing was taken from Dow’s Grantville home, about 50 miles southwest of Atlanta.

No race mentioned . I guess we already know that when they fail to mention race we know what it will turn out to be .

So why can’t we see their mugshots? Could it be because they are black? I notice the media seems to protect the black “suspects”. Now, if they were white, we would be seeing their head shots all over the place. Why is that? In any event, capital punishment is anxiously awaiting all five of them. Black Lives Don’t Matter, not for this type anyway.

    1. You hit it right on the nose! Don’t have to guess, we all know!!!

    2. Google their names. You’re right.
